Our vinyl transfers are an iron-on option that allows for smaller, finer details that aren’t always possible with embroidery, making them a great choice for adding personalised wording to your keepsake toy or memory item.
Names, dates and sayings
Our Vinyl Transfer names, dates, and sayings offer a flexible way to personalise your keepsake. This iron-on option is ideal for adding fine details and small text that aren’t always possible with embroidery, and is perfect if you’re wanting a short custom transfer rather than a full Birth Announcement design.
We can create custom names, dates, sayings, and simple shapes, tailored to suit your keepsake.

Vinyl transfers can include:

When adding a Vinyl Transfer to your Keepsake Friend(s), please select:

All letters, numbers, symbols, and images are priced by character count:

2 characters – $0.80
3 characters – $0.90
4 characters – $0.80
5 characters – $1.00
6 characters – $1.20
7 characters – $1.40
8 characters – $1.60
9 characters – $1.80
10 characters – $2.00
12 characters – $2.30
15 characters – $2.90
17 characters – $3.30
20 characters – $3.90
25 characters – $4.80

If your required character count is not listed, please select the next option up, not down. For example, if you need 31–34 characters, choose the 35-character option, not the 30-character option.
Birth Announcements
Our Birth Announcement option allows you to create a completely personalised keepsake. You can choose your own font, colours, and shapes, and as long as the wording and shapes are visible on your chosen fabric, almost anything is possible.

Each Birth Announcement can include:

Up to 3 shapes (e.g., hearts, stars, or similar)

Pricing
Birth Announcements start from $10 each, which covers up to 50 characters. For longer text, pricing is as follows:

Up to 50 characters – $10
Up to 55 characters – $11
Up to 60 characters – $12
Up to 65 characters – $13
Up to 70 characters – $14
Up to 75 characters – $15

If you need 51–54 characters, please select the 55-character option, not 50.
